We take a SIL GP200 58 x 107 crank from a new SIL GP200 engine, remove the SIL conrod and big end bearing and replace with a Kawasaki 110 conrod and Kawasaki big end bearing.
The engines have been bench run so the crank doesn’t look like a brand new item but in effect it is.

The engines have been bench run so the crank doesn’t look like a brand new item but in effect it is.
It requires the use of a 3mm base packer to bring port heights back in line with the standard 107 conrod. The Kawasaki conrod is the same width as the SIL conrod so shims are fitted without machining the webs.
Some tuners believe that you need shims and some believe you don’t.
